Once upon a time I use to be fat, and then I started lifting 5 times a week. Now, I am at the point where I am going to cut for the first time, after I been in a slow bulk for 2 years. Any advice for someone who has never been on a cut before?
2011: I was 250+ Pounds Fat
By 2013: I was 165 Pounds Lost The Weight
By 2014: 165 Started Lifting, and eating round 2900 calories a day
2016: 185 Pounds, 5:11, BF: IDK Been Bulking?
Bench: 265 x 3
Squat: 400's x 5
Deadlift: 405 x 5
This picture is before I went to the gym to show arm size without any type of stimulation. I would post a more revealing picture, but there is to many weird people on this game.
