Are pre-workout shakes worth it?

 

I'm currently 115kg 1.75m, and want my weight to be around 70-80 by summer 2017. Just wondering if shakes will help me lose weight faster or if they're only good to use for faster growth of my muscles.

There shakes out there what help you lose weight pal.. But tbh i wouldnt know what to advice on!

Wouldn't recommend it - you're doing some solid cardio right now just keep that up

If you're trying to lose weight just increase the amount of cardio in your workout

im 116kg and 1,86m. Just cut the fizzy drinks, eat healthy (3 times a day) and do cardio only till you hit 100kg. After that start with weights too.

Pre-workouts to take are ESP preworkout or bullnox, either or will give you a massive wake up call

When I want to lose weight I just throw up my meals, put them in a container and eat it the next day

run a shit ton, dont drink anything but water once you cut a lot of that un wanted fat hit up the weights
