Sheiko Method is named after Boris Sheiko, the creator. He's considered by many to be the greatest Powerlifting coach of all time. He's russian, and coached many of their world champions.
His program is, simply put, a kick in the balls. You only workout 3 times a week, but that's because any more would be overkill. Each workout is nearing, or over, 2 hrs.
It's a big commitment, though. I'm not sure if I'm willing to jump in balls deep. Perhaps when I feel my gains have stalled.
