Max bench:270(weakest lift for me)
Squat:355
Deadlift:455

I'll be maxing in 2-3 weeks for bench so I'll edit my post by then. @Weno

our Squat and DL are almost identical, but my bench is lagging so fucking much. I'm only hitting 230 for 1rm :( fucking weak. 

 

I do working sets with 4 plates DL and 3 plates squats, but my bench is ass backward.

whats your squat & DL? i've been doing pyramids, felt that has gotten me stronger too. Just 2 days ago i banged out 345x4x2 on squat easily. Gonna see where i'm @ next week.

DL is closing in on 5 plates. I'm at 475 

 

But my bench is absolute shit. Ive always had more lower body strength, but I didn't know it was this lop sided until I started lifting. I've only been lifting for 6 months. I don't know my exact 1rm with bench, since I've only gotten down to 1x2 since I don't train with anybody, im kinda scared to go for it. 

 

Im 240 right now, but still around 29ish % BF

My m8 introduced me to powerlifting & the results i have seen is beyond me...cleaned up my form & been going up on weight week in & week out. i'm heavier than you by 19 lbs, i currently weigh 259 but w/ 18% BF. I'm trying to hit 400+ on squat & 500+ on DL by the summer. I've played soccer so my lower body has always been a strength.

your squat max is good for your weight. I've yet to do real 1rms tbqhfam

get a m8 to start training w/ you. It's fucking hard to find someone as dedicated as me, man. I'm in the gym 5-6 days a week. It's therapeutic to me, so I'd be there more if I didn't have a wife and daughter, haha.

 

As for PL ... I've been running a PPL that's geared toward strength (5x5 compounds / 8-10 accessories) but I've been really thinking about starting one of the Sheiko programs. I know a couple dudes on some other forums I go to that do sheiko a couple months a year aand they're fucking monsters (280+)

i feels bro but dont forget to rest up ofc. i take the weekend off to rest. never heard of the Sheiko program before, best of luck!
