I weigh 67.5kg (148pounds)
my max squat = 120kg (265pounds) 179% of my bodyweight lifted
my max deadlift = 140kg (309pounds) 209% of my bodyweight lifted
my max bench = 70kg (154pounds) 104% of my bodyweight lifted
Just wondering what you guys are hitting, As you can tell by my weight I'm pretty small, most of the lads I train with are surprised how much I can lift in relation to my bodyweight.
