I weigh 67.5kg (148pounds)

 

my max squat = 120kg (265pounds)          179% of my bodyweight lifted

my max deadlift = 140kg (309pounds)       209% of my bodyweight lifted

my max bench = 70kg (154pounds)           104% of my bodyweight lifted

  

Just wondering what you guys are hitting, As you can tell by my weight I'm pretty small, most of the lads I train with are surprised how much I can lift in relation to my bodyweight.

Max dumbbell shoulder press- 210(105s) 6 reps
Max Bench: 275 1 rep

nothing else real strong

You should be able to bench more if you can press that. Full rom? Unassisted?

Much better ratios than me, when i was lifting. Guess i wasn't serious enough about it.

@%Dissy If I tried harder I could probably put up 285... but yeah solid form. Right to chest (no pussy bounce) no assist. I think my triceps are what are holding me back

Yea idk your situation without seeing you.

Just Don't overlook your back development, important for benching- row row row- and keep working on your technique because you can definitely put up more weight.

I don't really lift at all, everything I do is bodyweight and running.

 

Just in work one of my bosses wanted know what everyone could do
