3rd friday of every month:

1. Curling 15 lbs (2 sets of 8 reps)
2. Repeat step one after taking 2 minute break
3. Repeat step one after taking another 2 minute break
4. Bench 80 lbs (3 sets of 10 reps)
5. Do 20 pushups

I'll also do a pushup/situp pyramid of 20 push ups, 20 sit ups, 19 push ups, 19 sit ups, etc. down to 1 (total of 210 push ups and sit ups) at least 1 morning a week (along with the daily WoD). I'll also run 4 miles twice a week in addition to the daily WoDs.

 

Anybody else feel like their not productive/can't focus right if you don't workout everyday? I feel so damn sluggish on rest days...hate it.

Low Bar Squat

OHP

Pullups and curls if I feel like it

 

Session 3:

High Bar Olympic Squat or Front Squat

Deadlift

 

Session 4:

High Bar Olympic Squat or Front Squat

Barbell Rows
 
Order of sessions go is 1 2 3 2 1 2 4 repeat
 
Bringing up close grip bench atm so I alternate between that and standard grip (pinkies just barely inside the rings) every session.
 
Usually a day of rest in between training days sometimes two depending on how I feel and what I have going on irl.
